Madonna's

Madonna's space is a three storey office space, an allusion to the three generations she has dominated the charts. She has often had to re-invent herself in order to maintain her interest and popularity and so each space offers something different. The bottom floor is maze-like, giving a small feeling of disorientation, a metaphor for her early start in which she had many decisions to make, the second and third floor represent her later dominance in the 90's and new millenium and the number of rooms increase and become more linear, implying the multiplication of her businesses and experimentation with other fields within her line of work. The overall facade is derived from a female shape representational of her sexual provocativity and also the twists and turns that her career has taken, perhaps a necessity for longevity.
The meeting space consists of a simple geometry compared to the clients' respective offices. Resting in between the bridge, it offers the clients an opportunity to compromise and sways their very different paths into equilibrium. The exterior and the overall shape is derived from the concept of coming from different paths, as one rectilinear shape is perpendicular to the other. The clients arrive from opposite ends and meet at the table awaiting their process work.
Obama's space is a hovering phenomenon. It has a brooding feel of omnipotence for those who rise and take Obama's path, a straightforward one comprising of many opportunities yet not any obstacles, a metaphor for his quick rise to the top. The function of his office space is the campaign he is about to run and therefore his space consists of two identical seminar rooms for meetings and his consultants, as well as a large outdoor assembly hall.
